Each year, the Columbus Partnership and the Columbus Foundation send ten young, high-impact leaders from Columbus to the to the Young American Leaders Program (YALP) at the Harvard Business School. Participation in the Barrister Leadership Program requires (1) membership in the Columbus Bar Association and (2) punctual attendance and participation at eight 90 minute sessions which will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on a monthly basis.
